Grove-to-Gate Tracking
Every incoming batch of raw materials is recorded with its geographic origin, harvest date, and Batch ID. This enables full traceability from the source grove to the processing facility for every batch of olives and sesame.
Digital Batch Authentication
Each Batch ID provides a digital link to the laboratory analytical results, allowing customers to verify that the physical product corresponds to the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
