Integrated HPLC and PCR Testing
Incoming sesame seeds and olives undergo HPLC analysis for mycotoxins (Aflatoxin B₁, Total Aflatoxins, and Ochratoxin A), and PCR testing for Salmonella species as part of the raw material verification program. Results confirm compliance with applicable regulatory limits for mycotoxins and the absence of Salmonella spp. in 25 g, supporting food safety prior to production.

Global Regulatory Compliance
Our analytical testing program is aligned with EU Regulation 2019/1793 and the requirements of the US FDA FSMA. Using validated multi-residue methods, we monitor over 400 pesticide residues, including chlorpyrifos and glyphosate. Low Limits of Quantification (LOQs) provide high analytical sensitivity, enabling reliable verification of compliance with applicable Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs).
Certified Export Manifests
Once verified, each batch is assigned a unique laboratory identifier tied directly to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) dispatched alongside the Bill of Lading. This meticulous verification data architecture streamlines border control entry workflows and reduces unexpected port detention risks by an average of 85%.
